Underneath the stars tonight
Outside walking on the path
You, my friend, are not with me
Gazing at the Moon
Noticing it's not all there; half of it is missing
I began to think of you
Simple little thoughts create puddles under my feet
Splashing in the puddles I can
Imagine you would be too
My heart smiled, but only half-way.
